There is pay and display parking outside the Practice on West End Lane and around the corner on Alvanley Gardens.

The transport hub on West End Lane offers Jubilee Line, Overground, and Thameslink services, with Finchley Road & Frognal Overground also nearby.

Buses 139, 328 and C11 stop at West End Green. Buses 13 and 113 stop on the Finchley Road.
