About Psychology at The Practice at 322

At The Practice at 322, we are passionate about helping people to understand themselves better and to use this knowledge to create meaningful change in their lives.

A course of psychological therapy sessions facilitates this process by helping us to better listen to and support ourselves and thereby to acquire a greater set of options for living. In other words, to reduce self-sabotage and experiment with different ways of interacting with ourselves, others and the world. We do this both through building insight into our patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving and also by providing new skills to help people to change areas of their lives that they feel are holding them back.

To this end, we provide both short-term and longer-term courses of therapy and we draw on the philosophies and skills of relational psychotherapy, CBT and mindfulness-based therapy.
